To assure the success of your function, we have listed our guidelines below. It is our sincere desire that your event at the Life Complex Conferences and Convention Center be a memorable one. Our entire staff of trained professionals is here to assist you.

Guest Count
A final guest count is required three- (3) business days prior to your event. You will be charged based on the figures you provide, even if fewer guests attend, so please be mindful of your accuracy. Preparations will be made for three percent (3%) over the total number of guests. Additional charges will be incurred if the number of guest exceeds the number contracted. The amount charged will be equal to the room rental fee for the smallest room available to accommodate your additional guests.

Alcoholic Beverages
Prohibited The Life Complex Conferences and Convention Center facility is 100% Alcohol-Free. The consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy may result in the loss of your deposit and an immediate end to your function.

Smoking Prohibited
The Life Complex Conferences and Convention Center facility is 100% Smoke-Free. Smoking is prohibited on the entire premises, both inside and outside. Any violation of this may result in the loss of your deposit and an immediate end to your function.

Room Space Availability
The selection of facilities for your function is based on the requirements at the time the event is booked. In the event that such requirements change, the Life Complex Conferences and Convention Center reserves the right to transfer the function to more appropriate facilities.

Time
We ask for your cooperation in adhering to the times stated on your contract. Events that extend thirty (30) minutes past the contracted time may incur a minimum charge of $100 for every 30 minutes over time contracted. If your function's agenda changes, please notify us by calling for approval to modify the originally stated time frames.

Deliveries
Packages for meetings or special events may be delivered three (3) working days prior to the event. The packages must include event name or conference name, date of the function and client's name.

Security
The Life Complex Conferences and Conventions Center or Resurrection International Church shall not assume responsibility for damage or loss to any merchandise or articles brought into the facilities or for any items left unattended. Special arrangements for security of exhibits, merchandise or articles set up for display must be made prior to the planned event.
