What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If you have to cancel your date, we retain your deposit, but you may use it for future events..
What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? A deposit of only $600 is required to hold the date, room, catering and DJ service. Imagaine if you had to put a deposit on each of those services individually. We have some clients that make payments, but, we do not require that you make any payment until 2 weeks prior to your event. At that time we require an exact menu, guest count, with full payment at that time. (Any payment after that due date - must be in cash or cashiers check.) If you wish to run a tab for the bar, that can be paid at the end of the event..
Are there any restrictions as to the type of decorations or how they can be put up? Since Lakeside Reflections is professionaly decorated in assortments of white florals and greenery, most brides decide they don't need to do any extra decorating. However, if the bride wants us to remove our decorations, they are allowed to bring in table centerpieces, flower petals, candles, etc. No birdseed, bubbles or confetti is allowed inside Lakeside Reflections. We ask if you use helium balloons that you weight them down, no tapes on the walls. No inside or outside fireworks. Outside decorations in the gazebo or pavilion are your choice. .
How many hours can we use the facility? What is the hourly charge for additional hours You get 1 1/2 hours prior to the ceremony for pictures, up to 1 hour for your ceremony, and 4 hours for your reception. Additionl time ranges from $25. - $125 per hour..
