• What are your standard payment terms? The client/s agree to pay an initial non-refundable deposit of half of their service price, upon execution of the agreement. The remaining balance is due not later that 10 business days prior to the date of the event. No services in part or in full will be delivered or performed prior to receipt of full payment. .

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? For our full service package, the rate is based on a percentage of the overall budget, usually between 10-15%. Day of or simply providing guidance with no attendance at the events is done on an hourly basis..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? Because of my personality and my devotion to providing the gest service that I possibly can for each and everyone of my clients. If I meet with you and we don't click, then I won't do your wedding. A large part of what make for a smooth wedding day is trust between the bride and the coordinator. When you hire me, I want you to have full trust that I am capable and more than willing to take care of you in the manner that you expect..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? In order to provide the type of service that you deserve, unrushed and stress free, I suggest at least 6 months lead time, the sooner you start the better. It gives you ample time to explore all of the details of what you really want and gives me the time to put it place the things necessary to properly execute those details..

• What is your event cancellation policy? In the event of an Event cancellation caused by Client/s, all payments made hereunder to Floral Designs by Meta are non-refundable and all outstanding payments due to vendors are the responsibility of client and may be due based upon the cancellation policies of the vendors, except that should the Event be cancelled by any cause other than an Act of God (i.e. natural disaster, death, in immediate family, or sudden illness or injury) up to 30 days prior to the Event, the client/s does not owe the balance due to Floral Designs by Meta set forth in paragraph 2. However, client/s will still be liable for any cost due to vendors per their individual cancellation policies. Should the event be cancelled by any cause other than an Act of God (i.e. natural disaster, death, in immediate family, or sudden illness or injury) less than 30 days prior to the Event, client/s owes 75% of the remaining balance to Floral Designs by Meta and any other costs to vendors based on vendor individual cancellation policies..
