Ceremony

We use at least 2 wedding videographers to cover your wedding video during the ceremony. Arriving approximately 2 hours before your wedding, we'll be prepared to video and cover candid moments before your wedding ceremony. During your wedding ceremony at least 3 video cameras on professional tripods and wireless audio devices will be used as inconspicuously as possible.

Reception

Immediately after the wedding ceremony the video will move to the reception. There one wedding videographer will interview as many guest as possible to get their feedback on your wedding and suggestions on how to make it last:) This is typically one of the most fun parts of your wedding video.


When the wedding party arrives to the reception the wedding videographer will work to cover the announcements, first dance, bouquet and garter toss, cake cutting, toast, a little groovy dancing, and whatever other highlights should pop up in front of the camera.

Sometime near the end of the night the newly weds may be asked to venture somewhere private for just one moment. Here the wedding videographer will interview the new couple. This works as a nice way to finish tying the knot on your wedding video using this moment for a nice closing scene related to the beginning where the bride and groom were interviewed separately.

Post Production

Immediately after your wedding day CarolinaWeddingVideographer.com will begin post production. All the footage will be edited down and rendered to DVD or Blu-Ray. You'll be able to navigate your scenes in your wedding video via a custom made menu page. You'll also be able to navigate to the next or previous scene by using your player remote.

SD or HD Wedding Video?It's your choice, do you want your wedding video in High Definition or Standard Definition. Either way is fine with us, just be sure to discuss your options with a Neofilm Production representative in advance to get the right quote.

Extra copies of your wedding video are available and range from $10 to $15 each. However, you may make your own copies of your wedding video if you like.

When will I receive my wedding video?
You will usually receive your wedding video around 2 weeks after your wedding. However, if we're really busy then we may take a little longer because we don't want to rush through it.

What if there's something in it I want out?

It's very rare that someone will want something changed, our customers typically, about 99 percent of the time, love their wedding video just like we made it first time around! However, we understand that there may be that certain family member that has to say something in particular that just rubs you wrong. So, we have a policy in place to cover it. We understand and will work to make changes that are reasonable provided you give request the changes within a week after receiving your wedding video.

I don't have $875 to spend! What other options do you have?

Don't worry, we'll work with you. If you want to spend more or less! If you want to have more coverage we can have as many cameras going on as you like! If you want to spend less money we can cover less, use less people, less equipment, and eventually we may be able to meet virtually any of your budget needs.

When do I pay?

To book CarolinaWeddingVideographer.com to do your wedding video we may ask for either a $150 deposit or 10 percent contingent on the type of wedding. The difference may be paid on the day of your wedding or any time before by check or cash.

Are there any hidden expenses?
The only other expenses may be for travel and room. Other than that there's never been any other charges. Travel expenses are calculated based on time and how many Neofilm Staff are driving to your wedding.
