Established in 1975, Kahl’s is a multi-faceted photography business offering a variety of services from news coverage and public relations to portraits, weddings, product photography and other commercial assignments using both film and digital.

Glenn majored in news photography in college and initially worked in public relations at LA International Airport in addition to holding editorial positions for several newspapers prior to entering the private sector.

Kahl is past president of the Manteca Rotary Club and served as secretary-manager for the Manteca District Chamber of Commerce. He was also the founding president of the original Manteca Toastmasters Club. In the military he served with an aviation unit of the U.S. Army. His wife Mary Lou served in education for 32 years and was principal of Colony Oak School in Ripon for the past 12 years that received the distinction of being named a California Distinguished School in 2005.

The photography business received the "Best of Manteca" award in 2006 from the Manteca Chamber of Commerce in addition to "Small Business of the Year" in both 2004 and 2006. Kahl has also been inducted into the Manteca Hall of Fame in the category of business..
