• What is your event cancellation policy? As far as a deposit goes my contract states that "On signing of this agreement by both parties hereto, the Photographer will reserve the time agreed upon and will not make another reservation for the specific time frame. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable even if the date is changed or if the wedding becomes cancelled for any reason." .

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? I require 30% for the deposit. This holds your date so that I do not schedule any other event that day. The balance is due, paid in full, by the day of the wedding. I usually recommend paying sometime during the week before the wedding just because it's one less thing for you to remember the day of and because I prefer not to carry payment around with me the entire day - makes me nervous..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? No. Only in the event of an emergency would I ever send someone in my place. And that would be someone that I know I can trust to do a good job for you..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? As soon as possible. Each year for me gets a little busier and a little busier and my book fills up that much faster so the sooner the better..
