• What is your event cancellation policy? Once a contract and confirmation is signed and a deposit placed, we have .

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? This is where the bridal trial run proves to be very important. From this appointment, we make sure the bride is happy with her look before we leave. .

• What are your standard payment terms? We receive many inquiries so it's best to book your date as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. A 30% deposit and a completed contract will secure your date. The deposit is based on total balance of services. The payment will be applied to your wedding day services. The wedding day is NOT reserved until your deposit has been received and/or cleared. Payments are accepted via Paypal. If there is a cancellation, it must be given within two (2) weeks of receipt of contract; otherwise there will be no refund of deposit. The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to wedding day. .

• What makes you different from other local makeup artists? Why should someone hire you? We bring the beauty to you...on-site to your location. We offer both airbrush and traditional makeup applications. We work with all ethnicities. Our artists, who have trained in Los Angeles and Chicago, will bring out the "celebrity" in you while keeping you looking like you. They also bring all their tips and tricks to enhance the beauty that you already posess. .

• How long will it take to do the makeup? hair? At the bridal trial run, there is no real time constraint. We want you to be completely satisfied with the look that will be recreated on your wedding day. As for the wedding day, we like to allow 45minutes to 1 hour for the bride and 30-45 minutes for each member of the bridal party. For flower girls, we allow 15-20minutes..
