What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? You have a non-refundable deposit. If you cancel you will noot receive that back, generally 50% of the total event planning quote. .
What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have assistants who will step in if needed. .
Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? A flate rate depending on what type of wedding help you want. .
What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I am younger and love weddings. I am constently watching and learning all the new trends and keeping up on what is new and different. .
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? If you want full planning I need at least 9 months and for day of I need at least 5 months. .
