Questions & Answers
How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? We will travel anywhere.Typically our travel is usually around 300 miles or less. Our Fees include travel we already figure that in!!!.
What is your event cancellation policy? We require 30 days or more or we can assess a $100 fee.The fee is up to management.We have rarely ever charged anybody!!.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If your not satisfied with the ceremony we ask that you speak with the minister.if no satisfaction with him/her call the office and we can usually work something out!!!!.
What are your standard payment terms? The payment is a case by case basis.Usually its 50% down and the rest on the event day!!.
