What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We guarantee that you will be satisfied with your images or we will make what ever reasonable adjustments you want to make sure you are fully satisfied! .
What is your event cancellation policy? Canceled 3-5 months in advance: 10% or $250.00 – which ever is greater. Canceled 1-3 months in advance: 30% or $750.00 – which ever is greater. Canceled less than 1 month: 50% or $1,200.00 – which ever is greater. .
What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? We accept all major credit cards and checks. Your initial deposit to hold the date is 50% of your package price. The remainder is due before the wedding date. .
Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Curtis Copeland and his team will be photographing your wedding day. .
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Most wedding planning sites recommend one year in advance for the ceremony and recpetion locations. We recommend at least 8 months in advance to ensure your date is available for Curtis Copeland to photograph your wedding. Our schedule tends to fill up quickly!
