• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? So far, I have had no cancellations and 100% customer satisfaction. Please check out the testimonials on my website. I strive to make every customer 100% satisfied. .

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? As soon as you have set a date. I will accept last minute bookings if I am available for that date..

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Yes. Your photos will be uploaded online for viewing and ordering by your family and friends. You guests will be able to sign up in your guest book online....by doing this before the photos are uploaded, they will receive a coupon. The photos will be uploaded before you receive your CD's....which is in 4-6 weeks..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? My package includes the following: an engagement session, bridal portraits, or a "trash the dress" session (gurantee of 50-75 photos)~All day coverage from the time you start getting ready through the cake cutting, garter toss and bouquet toss~a gurantee of a minimum of 400 photos~3 High Resolution CD's (for bride & groom, and both sets of parents) with the copyrights release to print~your pictures posted online for viewing and ordering by family and friends~10x13 proofing booklet with 300 images~engagement session, bridal portraits or "trash the dress" session photos edited and returned to you on High Resolution CD's within 2-3 weeks of the session~custom editing in color, black & white, and sepia..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Your deposit is non-refundable....if inclement weather causes an issue, I will gladly transfer your deposit to your new wedding date..
