• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If you cancel your event within 30 days of your wedding but will planning another event within 6-12 months, your deposit fee will be applied to the new event..

• What is your event cancellation policy? If the event is canceled within 30 days of hire, the entire deposit is returned. If the event is canceled after 30 days, the entire deposit is forfeited unless another wedding date can be scheduled in its place..

• What are your standard payment terms? A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the base consulting fee is to be upfront. The full balance of the unpaid portion must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the date of the event. Fee does not include services for bridal showers, engagement parties or rehearsal dinners..

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? I charge a flat rate for Full-Service wedding planning and hourly for all other services..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? There are so many little extra things that I love to do for each couple. One of my favorite things do is to surprise each couple with a Wedding Website(free of charge, of course)!.
