• What is your event cancellation policy? If we have to cancel for any reason and we cannot provide a fill-in Officiant to perform your ceremony, your payment will be refunded in full. This has, in fact, never happened (knock wood). If you decide to cancel, your initial deposit will normally be retained, since we turn down bookings once your date and time have been "locked." Your refund will depend upon how close we are to the actual wedding date. Please feel free to ask us about this in detail when we meet..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If, for any reason, we fail to perform your ceremony to your satisfaction, your entire fee (less the initial deposit) will be returned, no questions asked..

• What are your standard payment terms? We request one-third of the fee in deposit before we "lock" your wedding date and time. The balance can be paid anytime before the wedding. Checks are fine until a week before the big day, after which we accept cash or Money Order, only..

• What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting? You will need your Marriage License and Certificate of Marriage. Both of these are available at the County Recorder and should be purchased at least three days prior to the wedding..
