What is your event cancellation policy? We required a package to be pick and paid in full 30 days before the wedding. We will keep 50% if Cancelled at that time..
What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? 25% deposit and balance paid in full 30 days before the date of event. .
Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? We currently have 2 head photographers that are New York instituted trained and several others plus a few interns from the Seattle Art Institute. .
How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We would like at least 2 months. .
Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? Yes all pictures are in digital and not extra charge for this. .
