• What are your standard payment terms? I will set up a payment schedule with the bride or person signing and paying for the contract, if needed. Usually this will consist of deposit and 3 other payments..

• What is your event cancellation policy? You can cancel up to 3 weeks efore the wedding date and pay only half of what is owed for the last payment. Any closer to the event, you must pay the full payment. If you cancel 3 weeks before the first or second payment is due, then the that payment is half of the amount owed for that payment that would be due..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? If you want day-of services - 2-3 months out. If you want full or partial planning - 6 months to 1 year for best planning results. Summer dates fill up fast..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? I am easy going. I don't believe in "my way or the highway" theory of planning. In other words, if you want convention - then go for it, if you want traditional - great, if you want to spice things up, swap places with the groom in where to stand, have 10 special things take place in the ceremony, etc. I will not stop you, I believe that this is your special day and you should have it any way you choose to have it. I am very easy to get along with, love helping brides and grooms to have a wonderful wedding, I am here if you need a shoulder to cry on, and have my wedding emergency kit always at my side.
