What is your event cancellation policy? Very rarely do we experience cancellations! However, if a couple did have to cancel their wedding they would forfeit any deposit or fees that were paid!.
How many wedding do you officiate a year? All of our full-time wedding ministers officiate over 1,000 weddings a year. This is much more than other ministers because our ministers work every day of the week, rather than just weekends! Another reason we do the most weddings, is because we began before the other ministerial wedding consultants, our ceremony customization package is rated #1 by Bridal Ministerial Review Service of Washington, and our fees are among the lowest!.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We have never had a unsatisfied couple, and have never had a need for such a policy!.
What are your standard payment terms? A $100 deposit is required to secure the date, time, and location of your wedding. The balance is due with your final ceremony two to three weeks prior to your wedding! For last-minute bookings, s different policy will be stated during the telephone consultation. .
How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? We generally only cover Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia. We do not charge a travel fee!.
