• What are your standard payment terms? For their convenience we accept cash, checks, or credit cards payments which may be made online. We understand how important it is for your to controll and manage your budget. Many clients find this easy to do with a Payment Schedule. We offer Payment Schedules to help you. Please see the sample Payment Schedule below. · 6 months prior to the event date: 50% of the "remaining balance" is due 6 months prior to your event date. · 3 months prior to the event date: 75% of the original "remaining balance" is paid 3 months prior to your event date. · Final balance due: The finial remaining balance is due no less than 10 to 21 business days prior to the event date. (Please Note: Final balance due date depends on desired services and will be stated in Client's Agreement/Contract.).

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? I would recommend at least 10-12 months for planning and design services and 4-6 months for design only. We only accept a limited number of Clients for each month so please contact us to check availability..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Clients may pay a Reservation Fee to reserve the date for $200 which will be applied to the final bill. The contract allow with a Deposit of 50% may be cancelled and refunded within the 1st 14 business days. .

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? To insure our Client will be satisfied with our design we present them with a Custom Concept Design Illustrations for their approval prior to creation. .

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? We typically charge a percentage of the total budget - usually starting at 10%.
