• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? We typically book events anywhere from 6-12 months in advance..

• Will I get the master tape? How many copies come with the package? No. We keep all of the Master tapes. We also archive your DVD files on a Hard drive for Duplication years down the road..

• Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? Yes - but it does not come with our lower packages..

• What is your event cancellation policy? If KA STUDIOS cannot film the Wedding due to a fire or other casualty, acts of God or nature or terror, or other cause beyond the control of the parties or due to videographers illness or injury, then KA STUDIOS will return all fees to the Client(s). If the Client cancels, the deposit will not be refunded..

• What are your standard payment terms? We require a minimal deposit to secure the date and full payment is required two weeks prior to the Wedding Day..
