Business Description
Rental of the space is hourly for ceremonies. For outdoor ceremonies chair rental is $3 per person; for inside ceremonies chairs are already included.
We can accommodate up to 250 guests outside. In case of inclement weather, your backup plan is to have the ceremony inside. Inside, if you are only hosting a ceremony, we can host 200 guests; if it‘s conjunction with our wedding package we can host 150 guests.

Your wedding reception is set in our impressive interior with rich hardwood floors and a dramatic windowed wall that overlooks incredible views of local landscapes and the mountains.

Wedding Receptions
At The Overlook we are happy to host both your ceremony and/or reception. You can select one of our Wedding Packages or rent the facility on an hourly basis.
All-inclusive Diamond Wedding Package
Additional time is $450 per hour. Please see the attached event details sheet for full information on what’s included in this all-inclusive package.
Peak Season Pricing: Based on 100 adults**. April-October and December
$4,795 to $7,995 based on 100 adults.
Off-peak Season Pricing: Based on 100 adults**. January-March and November
$4,795 to $5,495 based on 100 adults.
**NOTE: $50 per person over 100. Special pricing for parties under 100.
Overlook Facility Rental
If you would like to rent just the facility, you can do so at the following rates:
Saturday Evening $2800.00
Friday Evening $2000.00
Daytime Saturday $1500.00
Sunday-Daytime Friday $1200.00
Price includes: 5 hours of guest time, 1.5 hours of setup, 1 hour of clean up, tables and 200 chairs. Additional time is $200 per hour.
Please Join us the first Tuesday of each month for a complimentary tasting. Reservations required.

The Diamond Wedding Package
Site 5 hours of guest time, 1.5 hours setup prior, 1 hour cleanup after; additional hours $450.00 (includes, site, staff and DJ), rental chairs are required for ceremonies outside ($3 per chair).
Bar Champagne toast for all guests is included. We provide all of the alcohol. Bar can be hosted, cash or both. A $500 minimum is required on a cash bar. Barware is glass. No alcohol is allowed to be brought in.
Chair Covers White chair covers included.
Linens Floor length white table linens included. White overlays are included or select a colored overlay (Additional $12.00 per table).
Napkins White napkins are included or select colored napkin (Additional $0.55 per person).
Place Settings Flatware, glassware and plates are included for buffet setting; plated dinner is available (Additional $6.00 per person).
Floral Décor Centerpieces and four tea lights are included. Real flower centerpieces are included (you select color), or bring your own (receive credit of $2.00 per person).
Catered Dinner Buffet Full dinner buffet included-See Attached Menu.
Disc Jockey Disc jockey included. Choose outside entertainment in place of disc jockey for $350.00 credit to total invoice.
Total Package Cost Based on 100 adults**. Changes or additions to this package extra. There is 7.3% tax on food and 20% service charge on total invoice. Gratuity is included in the service charge EXCEPT for the DJ and the bartender.

The Overlook Event Center is proud to offer delicious gourmet cuisine from our exclusive caterer.
Choose your reception menu from the choices below. Dinners within the Overlook Wedding Package are served buffet-style, plated dinner service is available at an additional cost.
Complimentary sampling is offered the first Tuesday of every month. Reservations are required - Call 303.795.6500.
