• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? Depending on the wedding date and current calenndar schedule, as little as 2 weeks..

• Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? I am the primary photographer and can hire a second photographer if desired who will be a professional photographer I have worked with previously..

• What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? Payment can be made by personal chech, credit card or paypal. Deposit of 50% of contract price paid upon signing of contract.

• What is your event cancellation policy? $100 retained fee for cancellations within 7 days of the event, 50% of contract price for cancellations within 7 days of event.

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Please contact for further details..

• What is included in your basic wedding packages? Each package is tailored to the wedding and can vary from $600-$6000.

• Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Guests can view photos basic edited photos online within 5 business days..

• Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? My photographers only shoot digital images..

• What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? Each hired photographer will have a Canon Digital camera with multiple lenses, lighting reflectors and flashes for mobile shooting. .

• Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? There is an extra charge for production quality digital negatives depending on the number of photos from $200+ Non-printable photos are online within 5 business days for viewing..

• Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? Assistants are acceptable, however the photographer(s) have control of the photo shoot. The assistant can pose and coordinate people for photos..

• Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? Yes, my equipment allows any color editing you would desire..

• How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? There is no travel charge but it will be built into the contract price, I am willing to travel to any length within the US for the appropriate contract price..

• How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? Hired photographers have varied styles from journalistic to portrait and everything in between. The more time spent with the couple prior to the wedding the better the photographers will work at the wedding getting intimate shots of the newly weds..

• How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? I take approximately 150-200 photos an hour. Any listing of poses and/or family members is highly suggested for your satisfaction..

• How many weddings have you photographed? More than a few, less than a lot.

• How quickly will I receive my prints? Digital images are ready within 10 business days and final photo prints are mailed within 3 days of ordering..
