How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? As many months as possible!.
Who exactly will be taking pictures at my wedding? Do you use subcontractors? Myself...Timothy Palmer-Benson and an assistant.
What are your standard payment terms? How much is the deposit? One third down One third on arrival or just prior to the event Final third on departure from the event.
What is your event cancellation policy? All money back if you cancel up to a week before the event date.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Deposit is retained. .
What is included in your basic wedding packages? Up to 400 photos Photographer or videographer for the day Website to view photos so you can order the ones you want Two matted prints 8 x 10.
Can guests view and order shots on-line? How soon will the photos be put on-line? Yes. Shots will be on line within 48 hours.
Will you be taking digital photographs? Is there an extra charge for this service? Yes - there is no extra charge.
What new ideas have you implemented in the last couple years? Are you current with latest trends? Yes, I can provide DVD's and interactive web sites.
What kind of equipment will you bring with you? Do you bring backup equipment? lighting? Laptop to show slide show of vedding, lights and extra cameras.
Can I keep the negatives? the proofs? Is there an extra charge for this service? How much? I shoot only digital. I keep the RAW files. .
Do you bring an assistant to the wedding to help coordinate portraits? Yes.
Can we request both that both color and black & white photography be used at the wedding? Yes.
How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel charge? 100 miles.
How would you describe your photographic style? What does this mean? journalistic.
How many pictures do you take? Can I provide a list of posed photos for you to take? At least 400. Yes, you can -provide a list.

How quickly will I receive my prints? Within one week.
