• What are your standard payment terms? As of now, only check or money order is accepted. However, if you need to pay by credit card, I can accept PayPal.com payments but for an additional $30. $200 is due at the time you sign the contract and this will also save your date. The rest of your balance is due in full at the rehearsal. .

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? I can book weddings as early as a year in advance but no later than a month before..

• Who exactly will be shooting my video? Do you use subcontractors? My husband and I do all of our shooting - nothing goes through anyone else but us..

• Will I get the master tape? How many copies come with the package? All unedited raw footage is property of Coleman Video but copies of that footage can be purchased for a $100, and will be provided in VHS format only..

• Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? I ALWAYS attend the rehearsal. Why? Because this is the best time for me and my husband to see what will be taking place at the wedding, get all of our questions answered and know exactly what we want to do and where we need to go to get the footage we need to make the perfect video for you..

• What is your event cancellation policy? Coleman Video will take utmost care to produce a tape of good quality. However, we will not be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, power failure, equipment malfunction, and defective tape stock or client misuse of equipment. If filming is prevented due to such occurrences, all money paid will be refunded. Coleman Video reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time for any reasonable cause. If this was to occurs, all money paid will be refunded. If the wedding is cancelled by the customer for ANY reason, all money, minus the non-refundable deposit, will be paid in full. .

• How many cameras do you use? Do you bring backup equipment? I feel in order to get the footage and quality I need to make a product worth making there are some things that no one should go without. One of those things is two videographers. I feel this is very important to making a great video because no one can be in two places at once, plus we always have a backup in case equipment should fail without a moments notice..

• How would you describe your style -- cinematic, documentary, or a mix of both? My style is a mix of both. I try to do whatever style I need to do to not only make my customer happy but also reflects who they are..

• Can I have my wedding on DVD? Is this included in the standard package or an extra charge? How much? All wedding is edited and placed on DVDs with menus and chapters. There are 3 copies that are included in the standard package and any extra copies is an additional charge..

• Is editing included in the standard package? If extra, how much is the cost? All editing is included in the standard package..

• How many wedding videos do you typically produce at a time? How many weddings do you work each year? I typically try to not have more than 3 un-completed projects going at one time. Therefore, I try to only do one wedding per month and can work as many as 9 to 12 weddings each year..
