• What are your standard payment terms? Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance: Remainder balance will be due in 3 installments: 1st installment~~~Due 90 days after contract signed. (3months) 2nd installment~~~Due 180 days after contract signed (6 months) 3rd installment~~~Due 270 days after contract signed (9 months) ***NOTE: Installment plans only available for services contracted at least 12 months prior to event. Any services contracted 11 months or less prior to the event will have the Balance due 72 hours prior to event.*** .

• What is your event cancellation policy? In the event of a cancellation all payments made to date are non-refundable and all outstanding payments will be due immediately..

• How many months in advance do I need to reserve your services for my wedding date? I suggest between 6-12 months in advance, but I have had shorter notices..

• What makes you different from other local coordinators? Why should someone hire you? With today's fast paced lifestyles, many brides have a very busy career and/or personal life. And with so many details involved in planning a wedding, it can become stressful and hectic rather than exciting and romantic. As a wedding coordinator, I can save you time and frustration by guiding you through every step in the process, or just managing the wedding day for you. I know who to call and what to say to ensure that right vendors are hired at the best prices while making sure that no detail is overlooked. The experience and planning alone can cover the cost of hiring a wedding coordinator. .

• Do you charge hourly, a flat rate or a percentage of my overall budget? A flat rate..

• Can you assist with travel plans for out of town guests? Our honeymoon plans? Yes.

• Do you charge for an initial meeting? If so, is this amount credited should we hire you? The initial meeting is free of charge..

• How many hours are you on site the day of the wedding/event? Appox. 4-5 hours before the event for set-up, I attend the full event, and approx 1-2 hours after the event for clean up..

• When developing our wedding/event budget, how do you personalize this experience to our needs? I first ask what your vision is for your wedding and get a list of the different ideas that you have for your wedding day, I then incorporate those ideas and your vision into planning the budget. Again, I have a list of preferred vendors that I suggest using to minimize on cost..

• Are you present at all vendor meetings? Do you pay the vendor fees and we pay you one lump sum? I am present at all the vendor meetings. You would pay the vendor fee to me and I deliver to the vendor..

• What is the largest wedding or event you’ve managed? 100-150 ppl..

• What if you become ill or cannot come to the wedding? Who will stand in for you? I have dependable people whom are experienced and able to stand in for me should I become ill or cannot attend the event..

• Do you employ other people to help you plan events? How much extra for additional staff? I do have additional staff members ready and available if I need them, but there is no additional charge to you for my using there services..

• Do you recommend specific wedding professionals? Did you get referral fees? Yes, I do have specific wedding professionals that I recommend. I have previously worked with each vendor that I recommend. I only recommend vendors that I know will provide the absolute best in the industry. I do not get referral fees, but there are perks that I am able to offer to my clients for using the vendors of choice..
