What makes you different from other local wedding officiants? Why should someone hire you? We are a church part of the Catholic Apostolic Church in North America. Therefore, we are more than a wedding service. By virtue of the fact we are a church community and your donation goes to building our church community it is tax deductable..
What are your standard payment terms? See the wedding guide at www.holytrinityhtp.org alocal wedding requires a $400.00 donation. .
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? We have never had a problem with customer satisfaction so no policy has been enacted at this time.
What is your event cancellation policy? We will reemburse if the event is re-scheduled and we cannot service the new date. .
How far are you willing to travel? Is there a travel fee? We will travel anywhere in the U.S. see our wedding booklet at www.holytrintyhtp.org for cost and details.
How many wedding do you officiate a year? Between 25 and 30 weddings yearly.
What kind of pre-wedding counseling is required, if any? We do not require pre-cana counciling.
How long after the ceremony do you file for the official marriage license? in most states they must be filed in 10 days we will mail the to the appropriate courthouse on the day we perfrom the service.
What documents do I need to bring to our first meeting? None .
Will you marry couples of different faiths or previous divorce? Yes.
How long does the ceremony usually last? approximately 20 to 30 minutes .
Do you normally attend the reception? No .
Do you have a back up officiant on call, in case of an emergency? yes there are five priest in our community .
Will you allow us to write our own vows? For Catholic weddings we follow the Traditions of the Church, for non-denominational christian ceremonies we are flexable.
Can we read or hear your ceremony before our wedding day? Yes .
In which states and communities are you licensed to officiate ceremonies? Maryland Washington DC Virginia South Jersey Delaware and Pennsylvania .
