• What is your event cancellation policy? I request notification of cancellation in writing (via email is fine) as soon as possible. If the package has already been completed, a 25% cancellation charge may apply..

• What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? If you are not satisfied for any reason, I will be happy to correct the issue for you. If your items are damaged, a full refund of your purchase price will be issued or you can return the products for repair at no charge. If merchandise return is for any reason, a 25% return fee will apply..

• When will you purchase (days before event) the wedding flowers? Do you have a refrigerator on-site? I will purchase the flowers needed for your arrangements when your order has been placed and confirmed. This allows me plenty of time to design each piece and send photos to you for your approval. If there is any detail you are not sure of, I am happy to make any changes you request at that time..

• Do you coordinate all the personal flowers? Can you stay for the ceremony? Is this an extra charge? All arrangements and decorations are coordinated perfectly with one another. I do not attend ceremonies, as there is generally no need for this..

• Can you preserve the bouquet after the wedding? Is this included or an extra charge? There is no need to preserve silk flowers. They last forever!.

• How many people work at your shop? Will you personally design the floral arrangements? I work out of my home and will personally design each of your arrangements. .

• In the past, how have you personalized the arrangement design to fit the wedding theme or couple? If a couple has a particular theme in mind, I am happy to incorporate that into their arrangements. For example, I recently worked with a couple who's wedding theme was an enchanted garden. I incorporated blue and green crystals, feathers and miniature fairies into their arrangements with absolutely stunning results. I have also incorporated crystals and ornaments into holiday arrangements, and even pumpkins and skulls into a bouquet for a Halloween wedding. If you have a theme in mind, I am thrilled to brainstorm ideas with you to create your designs to fit your theme and make them unique..

• What are your standard payment terms? I do not require a deposit or payment up front. Payment is due within three days of package completion or upon delivery..

• What makes you different from other local floral designers? Why should someone hire you? .

• Which type of flowers do you recommend for winter weddings? spring? summer? fall? Because silk flowers are not seasonal, you are not bound to certain flowers at certain times of year. If you are getting married in the winter, but lilacs are your favorite flower, I can make it happen!.

• Can you deliver flowers to the wedding location and/or reception? What is the charge? Because of the nature of silk flowers, I can package and ship flowers anywhere in the world. I have worked with brides across the country, as well as Germany and Australia. Shipping charges will vary based on your location. • How many weddings do you work a year? What is the meximum weddings you book for a certain day? Again, because of the nature of silk flowers, I am not bound to booking dates. I can deliver or ship your order any time you wish. The average number of weddings I do in a year is around 50, however that number is steadily climbing. Working with silk flowers, you don't have to rush to book a date with me. I am available to design your arrangements year round..

• Will you spend time setting up the flowers? How long? Is there an extrat charge? I will gladly deliver and set up arrangements locally at no extra charge. .

• Do you provide vases, arches, trellises, candelabras, urns? What is the charge? I provide bases for altar arrangements and centerpieces at no extra charge..

• Do you offer any silk or dried flower arrangements? Are they available for rent? Because my prices are so low, I do not rent arrangements. .

• What is your design philosophy? Minimal? Traditional? Elegant? Edgy ? Modern? Each of my designs are custom made to each bride. If your style is traditional, your arrangements will also be traditional. If you prefer a more modern look, your arrangements will portray this as well. My designs are based solely on the individual preferences and ideas of each bride. If you can imagine it, I can create it!.
